Become a Reset Certified Facilitator
Being a Reset Facilitator isn't about standing in front of a room with all the answers.
It's about creating a place where people can show up honestly, feel accepted, and build real relationships.
The weekly Reset Circle is the foundation of everything we do. When people consistently gather in the same space, something powerful happens. Trust grows. Friendships form. Community develops.
That's what you're building.
Whether you're a coach, therapist, nonprofit leader, business owner, wellness professional, or simply someone who loves bringing people together, The Reset is designed to fit alongside the work you're already doing.
Many facilitators find that their Reset Circle naturally opens the door to workshops, retreats, coaching, speaking opportunities, community events, and other ways of serving the people they've brought together.
We're here to help you build that.
As a Reset Certified Facilitator, you'll receive:
Initial facilitator training and certification
Weekly Circle guides and curriculum

Guidance developing workshops and retreats

Certification isn't something you earn once and forget about.
We're building a network of facilitators who support one another, share what's working, and continue growing together.
Your Annual Certification
Your annual certification helps us continue developing curriculum, training, technology, and resources that support every Reset Circle.
We also believe active facilitators shouldn't be paying to strengthen the organization.
If you facilitate at least 45 Reset Circles during the year and maintain 20 active members, your annual certification fee is credited back to you.
In other words, if you're actively building your community, your certification renews at no cost.

If you're interested in creating a retreat, we'll help you plan it.
If you're growing a coaching practice or another mission-aligned service, we'll help you build it in a way that complements your Reset Circle.

*Facilitators who host at least 45 Reset Circles during their annual membership year will have the following year's annual membership fee waived.

Founding Facilitator Opportunity
Every movement begins with a handful of people willing to lead the way.
The first 10 facilitators will be recognized as Founding Facilitators.
As a Founding Facilitator, you'll receive:
A lifetime waiver of your annual Facilitator Membership fee

Direct input into discussion topics, facilitator resources, and the member experience as we continue refining the program
Recognition as one of the original leaders who helped build The Reset from the beginning

Facilitator 50/50 Recognition Program
Exceptional facilitators deserve exceptional opportunities.
Each year, facilitators who demonstrate outstanding commitment to The Reset will be eligible to receive complimentary registration to the Annual Facilitator Summit.
Eligibility includes:
Hosting 50 or more Reset Circles during the year
Maintaining 50 active members every month
Consistently meeting The Reset's quality standards
Remaining in good standing with The Reset
Facilitators who meet these qualifications will be eligible to receive complimentary Summit registration as recognition for the communities they've built and the lives they've impacted. Travel and accommodations are not included.
The Facilitator Recognition Program exists to celebrate the leaders who are making an extraordinary impact while encouraging excellence throughout The Reset community.
